All sold goods are none-returnable but exchange-able 

Goods that are in an unwashed, unaltered, unbroken tag and unworn condition, exchange will be accepted if the items are returned within 7 days of receipt (for both local and international orders). Additional shipping cost for the return and re-delivery will be borne by the customer. However this only applicable on the items that sold on normal price , the items that sold during sale or on sale price are not returnable and exchangeable. 

Shipping Details

All products will be delivered via national courier PGEON @ JNT @  NINJA VAN @ ZTO @ POS LAJU MALAYSIA. All this courier  is a next day delivery service and it has the widest courier network in Malaysia. Products will be handed out to this courier company on Monday until Friday (excluding Public Holidays).

Tracking number will be provided through email once we have shipped out your order. If you have not received your order within 3 working days, please contact us via whatsapp 0164567090 for delivery confirmation. However, customer are encouraged to check individual delivery status for precise feedback
